What is the return policy?
We have a 30-Day Return Policy. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
How do I wash it?
All of our products are machine washable! If you have a heated version, just make sure to take out the power bank before washing it.
Is it dryer safe?
Yes, it's completely dryer safe. However, please make sure to use medium heat or low heat.
