Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. Sale items are excluded under our current policy. Contact support@toastiwear.com before sending anything back. Read the full return policy.

The 3-Year Always Toasti Warranty covers the heating function: if your Toasti Blanket stops heating within three years, contact our team to arrange a replacement. This heating warranty is separate from the return window.

Which power bank should I use?

The Toasti Blanket works with any power bank with a standard USB output. If you already have one at home, we recommend using it to help reduce unnecessary electronic waste. If you don’t have one, you can add a compatible Toasti Power Bank to your order with our bundle option.

Does it come with a power bank?

Power bank inclusion depends on your selected bundle. The selector at the top of this page shows what’s included in each offer. A blanket-only selection needs a compatible power bank to use the heating.
How do I control the heating?

Connect a compatible power bank and use the built-in control to choose one of three heat settings. For the full operating sequence, follow the instructions supplied with your Toasti Blanket.
